• Intelligent Temperature Monitoring: Built-in PT1000 thermal sensors continuously monitor the temperature of the DC+ and DC- terminals. If abnormal temperatures are detected, the system can respond promptly, effectively preventing overheating and burnout, ensuring a safe and controllable charging process.
• Reliable Protection Rating: Achieves IP54 protection rating when mated, effectively resisting dust and water splashes, making it suitable for outdoor and complex environments.

3. Intelligent Locking for Worry-Free Operation

• Integrated Electronic Lock Module: Equipped with a 12V or ±12V solenoid lock that includes a lock status position detection signal output, ensuring the connector is securely locked to the vehicle inlet during charging, preventing accidental disconnection.
• Smart Insertion Detection: Features an integrated insertion detection mechanism; the solenoid lock activates only when the connector is fully inserted into the vehicle inlet, avoiding misoperation.
• Manual Emergency Release: Thoughtfully designed with a manual emergency unlock slip key for easy and safe disconnection in case of power failure or emergency, ensuring user safety in any situation.

• Comfortable Grip: The handle features an ergonomic, streamlined design for a comfortable grip and effortless plugging/unplugging, effectively reducing fatigue during long-term or high-frequency use.
• High-Quality Materials:
  • Housing: Made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant thermoplastic with excellent insulation properties and impact resistance.
  • Terminals: The core terminals are made of copper alloy with a silver-plated surface, offering excellent conductivity, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance, ensuring long-term stable connection performance.
