The Electway NACS DC Plug is a high-performance DC fast charging connector compliant with the NACS (North American Charging Standard), formerly known as the Tesla charging connector. Designed for Tesla’s 400‑volt battery architecture, it is significantly smaller and lighter than other DC fast charging connectors. Engineered for durability, safety, and fast charging, this connector ensures reliable power delivery for Level 3 DC fast charging applications whether at public charging stations, fleet depots, or commercial charging hubs.

With a rated current of 250A DC and a maximum voltage of 1000V DC, the Electway NACS DC Plug supports ultra‑fast charging while maintaining a compact form factor. The connector features a locking button at the top, a built‑in temperature sensor for over‑temperature protection, and an RF transmitter to remotely open the charging port lid. Rated IP54 for dust and water resistance, and built with a UL94 V‑0 flame‑retardant TPU shell, this connector is built for all‑weather outdoor operation. Cable length can be customized from 2 to 10 meters.
